1 Collection of information and personal data
1.1 Registration information
When you create a Tapp Market account, or otherwise utilize the Service, the personal information we collect may include your:
– Delivery Address
– Email Address
– Contact Number
– Mobile Number
– Date of Birth
You must only submit to us, our authorized agent or the Service, information which is accurate and complete and not misleading and you must keep it up to date and inform us of changes (more information below). We reserve the right to request for documentation to verify the information provided by you.

We are committed to protecting our users’ information and personal data. Tapp takes appropriate technical and organizational security measures in accordance with the provisions of the applicable personal data law in order to protect your personal data against loss, theft, unauthorized access to or processing of your personal data as well as against accidental destruction, loss, alteration and disclosure of your personal data.
4. Disclosure of information to third parties
We may disclose the information we have collected, including personal data, to various third parties as follows.
4.1 Producers and transportation service providers
In order to provide the Service, Tapp cooperates with a number of Third Party Vendors, Agents and service providers. We may therefore disclose certain information, including your personal data, to such third parties in connection with administration of a purchase of Products or providing a service.
4.2 Third Party Service Providers
We may disclose your personal data to various third party service providers involved in the provision of Service e.g. to our payment service provider or marketing services provider.
These third party service providers are given access only to the personal data necessary for the performance of their obligations in relation to us and they may only process your personal data in accordance with our instructions. They are also liable to take technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data to the same extent as Tapp.
Tapp may disclose your personal data to third parties in circumstances other than those listed above if it is necessary in order to: (a) comply with applicable laws and regulations or requests or orders from competent courts; (b) protect and defend our rights, our property or our interests, such as in a legal dispute; or (c) protect our users.
Additionally, we may transfer collected personal data to third parties in the event of a reorganization, merger or transfer of business.
5.1 What are cookies?
We use session and authentication cookies to make it possible to control and keep track of users logged into the Service.
We use statistics cookies to measure how the Service functions and is used, and to collect visitor statistics in order to continuously improve and develop the Service.
Functional cookies allow us to provide the Service you have requested, for example to remember your user name, any personal customization of the Service and in order to provide other features, such as correct language, currency, etc. when using the Service.
6. Location Data
When you use certain features of the Service, in particular the Tapp Market Mobile App, or other mobile application, Tapp may receive, store and process different types of information about your location, including general information (e.g., IP address, zip code) and more specific information (e.g., GPS-based or network-based functionality on mobile devices) used to access the Service or specific features of it. We process and may give such location data to our third party subcontractors in order to provide the Service to you.
You give your consent to use your location data as described afore in order to provide the Service for you.
If you access the Service through a mobile device and you do not want your device to provide us with location-tracking information, you can disable the GPS or other location-tracking functions on your device, provided your device allows you to do this. See your device manufacturer’s instructions for further details. Please note, however, that if you choose to disable location features some parts of the Service may not work properly or at all.

If you decide to stop using the Service and ask for your account to be removed also all other data associated with your account will be removed. However, by requirement of local laws, some data, especially relating to transactions over the service, might have to retained for such a time period as required by the law or anti-money-laundering regulations.

Each user is entitled to access his or her data that has been registered in his or her personal data file.
You may at any time check and edit some of the information we store about under your profile in app.
You have the right to once a year, free of charge, request information of your personal data that is being processed by us. You have the right to request rectification of erroneous or incomplete data contained in your personal data file. The request for rectification must identify the error to be rectified, and provide correct information. You also have the right to request that personal data which has not been processed in accordance with the personal data act must be restricted, blocked or erased. The requests must be sent to the address identified below.
You may at any time decline the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes by notifying us at the e-mail address stated below. Moreover, you have the right to at any time revoke your consent for further processing of your personal data by unregistering your user account. Despite of closing your user account we have the right to keep your transaction history in our files and process it, when necessary.
