Reach new customers from Tapp’s network of agents as your salesforce. Tapp Agents collect payments from customers in cash. All orders are prepaid at the time of purchase, eliminating risks associated with cash-on-delivery.
Listing products on Tapp Market is free. Tapp charges a service fee from seller for orders made on the platform. Tapp Market service fee varies between product categories.
Register as seller
Using Tapp Market Shopkeeper app register as a seller and fill the required information. If you have previously used Tapp Market as a customer or agent, you can use the same username and password.
After your registration has been approved you can start listing your items for sale.
Listing products for sale
Manage your inventory status and prices using the app. You can control how your products appear on Tapp Market, modify description and add photos.
Manage Orders
Receive notifications for new orders. Use the app to update orders’ statuses as you prepare them for delivery. When handing order for delivery use the app to notify customer that their order is on its way.
Payments
Purchases on Tapp Market are made with cash. Tapp Agents collect payments when orders are made, which reduces payment risks for sellers. Helping you avoid risks associated with cash-on-delivery. When an order is successfully delivered to customer Tapp transfers the sales value minus our service fee to the seller. Tapp Market service fee varies between product categories.
